Spanish Club Dines Out at Quiero Café in Saco
Posted onThe Spanish Club had a very successful club dinner at Quiero Café in Saco. The students enjoyed an authentic Latin American meal of yuca, plantains, empanadas, queso frito, patacones, cubanos, as well as burritos. The owner, Alejandra, and her staff spoke to our students only in Spanish, and it was fun to hear the students communicate, or in some cases attempt to communicate, in the target language. The kids enjoyed their meals and were all smiles.
