Hi Everyone!
A reminder for sophomores and juniors that Biddeford Regional Center of Technology applications are due April 1st. Students can apply online or get a paper application from the guidance office. If your child is looking for summer employment please contact our community employment liaison Jim Pirrello at jpirrello@rsu23.org. Important SAT Prep Information for Juniors!
Did you know that the SATs are Tuesday, April 10? Well, there’s an 8-week SAT prep class that’s underway at OOBHS and all are welcome to attend.
All Juniors will be taking the SAT’s on Wednesday, April 10 and in preparation for the big day OOBHS has launched two 7-week SAT prep courses for both math and English language arts. These courses are 1 hour per week and are taught by Ms. Horowitz (HS English Teacher) and Mr. Lucchese (HS Science Teacher) The meeting dates for the ELA prep course are scheduled for 3/13, 3/20, 3/27, and 4/3 and focus on the Reading, Writing and Language sections of the exam. The math course meets on 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, 4/5 and focuses on practice problems covering all the skills you will need for the SAT Math.
The Old Orchard Beach Alumni Association announced three scholarship fundraisers for March and April.
