What I do

I love spending quality time with family. On the weekends, you can often find us mountain biking on local trails, playing a round of disc golf, ballin’ on the basketball and tennis courts, or with our boys at one of their practices or games. My greatest joy is spending time with my wife and our two boys, whether we’re exploring new places or just hanging out at home.

I have been an educator since 2009, and have taught middle school and high school math, AP computer science, robotics, STEAM, and engineering design classes. I now teach Algebra 1 at OOBHS, and am eager to share the wonders of Algebra with our students.

I have earned dual Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Mathematics Education. I obtained my Master’s degree in Teacher Leadership and School Improvement.
