What I do

I am deeply committed to community involvement. For the past two years, I have been an active member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in the city of Biddeford. Additionally, I hold a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, embracing both the physical and mental aspects of the martial art.

I have embarked on a dynamic journey that spans the realms of science, education, and community engagement. Originally from Argentina and raised in Costa Rica, I thrive on interacting with people and collaborating with peers.

I began as a Math teacher at OOB HS in 2021. Before coming to RSU 23, I served as a Principal Physicist in R&D for a X-ray irradiator manufacturing company. I worked on radiation compliance and developing through transmission X-ray technology, allowing me to merge my scientific expertise with hands-on innovation. Subsequently, I entered the field of medical physics, conducting audits of nuclear medical departments and inspecting imaging devices in medical facilities across New England, ensuring safety and precision in healthcare.

I earned a degree  in Physics and Mathematics from Berry College, I pursued a Master’s in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Maine, Orono.
